While not every dog may leave looking “picture perfect,” every dog is treated with the same love, care, and respect we would give our own pets. We are committed to being advocates for animals, always prioritizing humanity over vanity in every service we offer. At Fresh as a Daisy, we firmly believe that every dog deserves the best, and that is exactly what they will receive.

Summer Williams is committed to providing high-quality, low-stress grooming services, specializing in sculpted fusion styles and jacket contour trims for double-coated breeds. Her passion for animals began at a young age on her family’s dairy farm, where she started working in the animal industry at just six years old. As a child, Summer 

Summer Williams is committed to providing high-quality, low-stress grooming services, specializing in sculpted fusion styles and jacket contour trims for double-coated breeds. Her passion for animals began at a young age on her family’s dairy farm, where she started working in the animal industry at just six years old. As a child, Summer dreamed of becoming either a hairstylist or a veterinarian, and years later, she discovered the grooming industry—a career that perfectly blended her two passions.

Since beginning her grooming career in early 2018, Summer has dedicated herself to continuous education, mastering breed-specific trims and contemporary styles. She and her husband, who is also a member of the Fresh as a Daisy team, attend annual grooming conventions to take advanced classes, connect with industry leaders, observe competitions, and stay informed on the latest products and techniques.

Summer holds professional certifications from the International Professional Groomers (IPG) and Penn Foster Career School, earning the title of Certified Professional Groomer. She has also completed over 20 specialized certifications, including Pet CPR/First Aid, Fear Free Grooming, and Canine Massage Therapy. She is currently pursuing her IPG Master Groomer designation and a Canine Esthetician Certification to further enhance her expertise.

In addition to her grooming skills, Summer has veterinary field experience, having worked as a Veterinary Assistant during the COVID-19 pandemic when her business was temporarily closed. She also gives back to the community by volunteering her grooming services to the Lycoming County SPCA, demonstrating her deep commitment to animal welfare.

Braden Williams, husband of Summer Williams, is the dedicated bather at Fresh as a Daisy Dog Spaw. Trained exclusively by Summer since 2020, Braden became a full-time bather in 2022. He is currently expanding his skills by learning additional grooming responsibilities, including nail trims, shave-downs, and tidy-ups.

Braden Williams, husband of Summer Williams, is the dedicated bather at Fresh as a Daisy Dog Spaw. Trained exclusively by Summer since 2020, Braden became a full-time bather in 2022. He is currently expanding his skills by learning additional grooming responsibilities, including nail trims, shave-downs, and tidy-ups.

Originally from a small town in Oklahoma, Braden grew up on his family’s cattle farm, where he worked alongside his relatives. He and his grandfather also operated a dirt track raceway, reflecting his strong work ethic and diverse background. Braden moved to Pennsylvania in 2013, bringing his hardworking spirit and passion for animals with him.

Braden is actively working toward becoming a Certified Pet Professional through the International Professional Groomers (IPG) program. For the past three years, he has also attended continued education classes alongside Summer at annual grooming conventions, ensuring he remains knowledgeable about the latest techniques and best practices in the industry.

Kasanova, a Standard Poodle born in 2022, is owned and handled by Summer. Since he was a puppy, he has been trained in competitive obedience, therapy work, and canine sports.

A social and adaptable companion, Kasanova is a friend to all and knows when to stay calm or bring the energy. Always ready for adventure, he thrives in both work and
