We schedule our days to have only one dog or family per person at a time, which means we have time to personally get to know all of our furry friends, as well as their likes and dislikes. Providing express appointments also mean that the dogs that visit us don't spend all day in a cage. They are in and out within just a few hours instead.
In brief, the answer is no. Here's the rationale behind that decision:
1.) Our insurance and certification provider enforces stringent regulations concerning who can be present in the salon. Succinctly put, if an unauthorized individual enters our workspace and sustains an injury, be it from a slip, a bite from a pet, or an encounter with our equipment, it could jeopardize the comprehensive coverage safeguarding our salon.
2.) While we provide express services and ensure a one-on-one grooming experience, our salon simultaneously offers daycare, extended pick-up times, and caters to multi-dog families. Consequently, other animals may be present during your appointment. While these pets might not directly interact with your dog, it's crucial to maintain their comfort by avoiding unnecessary disruptions. Our clients entrust their pets to us, expecting the highest safety standards. Allowing unfamiliar individuals to move freely within the salon poses potential risks, including pets escaping, reactions to strangers, or possible bite incidents.
3.) For the safety and well-being of your pet, it's crucial they develop trust in our professional care. When pet owners remain in close proximity or continuously monitor the grooming process, it can be distracting for the pet, leading them to become anxious and seek the comfort of their owner. This can present a safety concern, especially when we're using precision tools. We maintain a stringent standard of care to ensure no harm comes to any animal in our charge, taking all necessary precautions. Over time, we've successfully guided numerous pets to trust us, ensuring they are comfortable and at ease during the grooming process. Having an owner present can hinder this acclimatization. Consider the analogy of a child's first day at daycare: initial separations might be challenging, but once settled, the child often engages positively with their new environment.
Our all-inclusive service entails providing every essential amenity for your cherished pet. Should your dog exhibit signs of skin irritation, we offer specialized shampoos at no additional cost to alleviate discomfort. In response to common concerns regarding shedding, we extend a complimentary shed-less service alongside undercoat removal to maintain a pristine home environment. Unlike other salons, where each specialty service incurs an additional charge, our approach ensures that your pet receives whatever is necessary for their wellbeing and comfort, without any hidden fees. At our establishment, your pet's comprehensive care and satisfaction are our utmost priority
