In order to schedule a color service, a complimentary consultation is required, during which your pet will undergo a color patch test to assess any sensitivities to the product. We will also take time to discuss your color goals, product information, designs, etc! Additionally, your pet must have received a full grooming service from our salon. This allows our professional staff to evaluate their behavior and ensure your pet can comfortably and safely handle the coloring session, which requires additional time and a happy canvas. These preparations must be completed at least 1 week prior (with additional time if products need to be ordered) to the scheduled coloring session. Please note that scheduling availability may vary. All color sessions require upfront payment for services to enable the salon to procure the necessary color supplies for your desired vision.
