We offer external gland expression to assess the current state of your dog’s anal glands. Important Notice: As professional groomers, we are not permitted to perform internal gland checks, as this falls under veterinary care. If your dog experiences recurring or severe gland issues, we strongly recommend consulting a veterinarian for a thorough evaluation and treatment.

We offer gentle plucking of ear canal hair to promote airflow and allow for proper cleaning. However, we do not pluck ears that are infected, sore, or excessively dirty, as this can lead to further complications. If your dog’s ears show signs of infection or severe buildup, we recommend seeking veterinary care.

Artero Dentix Toothpaste is gently applied using a bristle brush to help clean and maintain your pet’s teeth. Important Notice: This service cannot be performed on decaying or loose teeth. For the best results, regular at-home dental care is essential, as professional cleaning alone will not provide significant long-term improvement.

Non-chemical flea shampoo, a Capstar treatment, and thorough removal of fleas from your pet’s coat. We DO NOT willingly accept dogs with fleas, but sometimes they get past the check in process and aren’t seen til the bath. This will be automatically included if fleas are found. 

Minimal dematting (up to 20 minutes) through gentle brushing, focusing on areas such as the tail, ears, or legs. Important Notice: We do not perform full-body dematting.

If a dog requires complete shaving down to the skin due to severe matting or coat compaction.

If a dog exhibits aggression or requires rehabilitation and training for the grooming process due to behaviors such as biting, flailing, or clawing.

If pets are not picked up within one hour of grooming completion, they will require daycare and extended kennel time. As we have limited space for crating and rotating dogs, we are unable to hold pets for extended periods without prior daycare arrangements.

If pets are not picked up by closing time after being ready for several hours, additional fees may apply. We do allow a buffer period for the last groom of the day, as occasional delays can occur.
