Important Scheduling Notice

Scheduling Policy

To maintain coat health and ensure the best results, all clients are strongly encouraged to book services every 8 weeks or less. Appointments scheduled outside of this time frame may be subject to additional charges.

Appointment Times

At this time, we are unable to accept new clients who require afternoon or evening appointments after 3:00 PM, as these time slots are currently waitlisted.

Additionally, we do not have Saturday availability. Our Saturdays are fully pre-booked for the foreseeable future with existing appointments, dog shows, and personal commitments.

We appreciate your understanding and recommend booking weekday morning or early afternoon appointments whenever possible.

If your dog is double-coated, they’ll receive a full undercoat removal and deshedding treatment—because that’s what their coat needs to stay healthy, not an optional luxury.
Need ear plucking? Nail buffing? That’s part of the job. We don’t believe in charging extra for the fundamentals of good grooming.

We’ve built our all-inclusive service model around what’s best for your dog’s health and comfort. No surprise fees. No cutting corners. Just thoughtful, thorough care—every single visit.
